If you've been to our clipart site then you already know our terms of use. If not, they are quite simple, all our personal art is totally free. We do not see the point of making it if others can't use it. Our only stipulation is that you can't sell it. One of the Proverbs Women is making a CD of her (and some of the other PW's) clip art to help support her 5 children.
It is just common courtesy to link back to the sites where you get your graphics and we try to do that whenever possible. Artist deserve the credit, our webpages would be pretty plain without their hard work, not to mention the enjoyment we get from viewing the art on our own pages and the pages of others.
Also, some of the clip art on our clip art site and some of the Virtual Gifts we've created have images or clip art made with free gifs from others sites or Microsoft clip art Gallery and they are also under copyright and can not be sold.
